Link Taxi Online provides digital taxi booking, customer app, driver app, phone booking and related services in and around Linköping. The service is operated by Link First Class Taxi, registration no. 801021-8835.
2. Bookings
You are responsible for providing correct pickup address, destination, date, time, contact details and other booking information. A booking is valid when submitted and confirmed according to the relevant booking flow.
3. Price and payment
Prices may be shown as fixed prices, estimates or applicable tariff. The final price may be affected by route changes, waiting time, extra stops, traffic, special requests or information not known at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and changes
You should cancel or change a ride as soon as possible if your plans change. Late cancellation, no-show or incorrect information may result in charges under applicable rules or agreement.
5. Customer responsibility
The customer must be at the pickup location on time, follow reasonable safety instructions, use seat belts and ensure that children, luggage and special needs are handled safely. The service must not be used unlawfully, abusively or harmfully.
6. Drivers and driver app
Drivers using the driver app are responsible for accurate profile and vehicle information, following traffic laws, licence requirements, company procedures and only marking themselves available when they can accept rides.
7. Availability
We try to keep the website, apps and booking systems available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Technical issues, map errors, network problems or third-party service disruptions may affect the service.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost income or delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, government action or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law.
9. Accounts and security
If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping login details secure. Suspected unauthorised use should be reported immediately.
10. Intellectual property
The website, apps, logo, text, design and system content may not be copied, modified or used without permission except as needed for normal use of the service.
