2. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to receive, manage, perform and follow up taxi bookings and to operate our digital services.
- Booking data: pickup address, destination address, date, time, passengers, luggage, price estimate, comments and booking status.
- Contact data: name, phone number and email address when provided for booking or support.
- Customer account/app data: login data, profile, booking history and app settings when you use the customer app.
- Driver data: driver profile, vehicle information, availability status, accepted rides and ride history.
- Location data: customer pickup/destination location and driver location where needed for booking, dispatch, navigation, arrival information, safety and tracking.
- Technical data: IP address, device information, browser, operating system, app version, logs, crash reports and security events.
- Payment-related data: payment method and payment status. We do not store full card details when payments are handled by an external payment provider.
3. Driver app and background location
The driver app may use location data in the background when the driver is logged in, has chosen to be available, or has an active or assigned ride. This is necessary to:
- show the nearest available driver to the booking system,
- send or suggest rides to the correct driver,
- show estimated arrival time to customers and administrators,
- enable live tracking during an active ride,
- support safety, support, dispute handling and service quality.
Background location is not used for general advertising profiling. Drivers can stop background location by logging out, changing availability, disabling location permission in device settings or uninstalling the app. Some driver functions may stop working if location is disabled.
4. Why we use data
- to create, confirm, change and cancel bookings,
- to connect customers, drivers and vehicles to the correct ride,
- to show price, route, map, ETA and booking status,
- to send SMS, email, push notifications and support messages,
- to improve security, operations, troubleshooting and quality,
- to comply with accounting, tax, insurance and legal requirements.
5. Legal basis
We process personal data under applicable data protection law. The legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation or consent, depending on the data and function.
6. Sharing
We may share data with drivers, administrators, technical service providers, map and communication providers, payment providers, accounting providers, insurers and authorities where necessary to provide the service or comply with legal requirements.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed for booking, support, safety, accounting, legal requirements and legitimate business purposes. Ride and transaction records may need to be retained longer under accounting and tax rules. Driver and ride location data is retained only for operational, safety, support and documentation needs.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable by law. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Account deletion

Our digital services are not directed to children. Bookings for minors should be made by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
