How to request deletion
Send an email to info@linkopingtaxi.online with the subject Delete account.
Please include:
- your name,
- phone number linked to the account,
- email address linked to the account,
- whether the request concerns the customer app, driver app or both.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise account profile data, app login data, unnecessary contact details and information no longer needed for the service.
Data we may need to keep
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate purposes, including accounting, tax records, safety, disputes, insurance matters, abuse prevention or documentation of completed rides.
Processing time
We normally process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account and identity. Complex requests may take longer under applicable data protection law.
